Mandatory Requirements

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold reservations. Payment must be made in full and received 60 days prior to your event.                                                                                                                                                    
  • A Wed-Safe insurance policy must be purchased listing Abayance Bay Wedding and Event Venue as additional insured for the celebration day. You can find this at www.wedsafe.com. A one million dollar liability coverage is required and the liquor provision needs to be checked on the application. This is due 60 days prior to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All events must be off property by 12:00 A.M. during any celebration. 

Vendor Requirements

  • All food on celebration day must be prepared and served by licensed vendors.                              
  • Alcohol may only be sold and served by Abayance Bay Marina.
  • Vendors must provide proof of license and insurance 60 days prior to the event.      
  • Vendors that are hired are responsible to clean up after themselves.                 

Clean up

  • All personal items brought need to be picked up by 11:00 A.M. the following morning.  
  • Next Day cleaning services can be provided for an additional cost of $35 per man hour.

  • Restaurant - closed to the public and is exclusively yours.
  • Beer and Wine services included (Alcohol is an additional cost).
  • Your choice of pavilion.
  • All manicured lawn area may be used.
  • Bridal Suite (above store) for getting ready and for bride. (air conditioned)
  • This package includes on-site table and chairs. 
  • Set up may begin at 12:00PM the day before.                             
  • Tear down must be done by 11:00 A.M. following day.
  • All events must be off property by 12:00 A.M.             
  • Guest list unlimited.

Coves Passion Package-$5,000

Beach Ceremony Site - $800

Private Dining Room - $100 per hour.

The dining area is perfect for any business meeting or celebration. Our caterers will prepare a customized menu that is personally suited to meet your individual needs. We have a breath taking view upstairs in our private dining area that can accommodate up to 36 guests as well as our main dining area that can seat 85 guests most comfortably. We also offer outside dining. The perfect setting for cocktail & hors d’oeuvres receptions, business meetings, wedding rehearsal dinners, graduations, anniversary & retirement parties and any other special occasion you may have in mind.
